A graduate of The National Theatre School of Canada

After graduating NTS Ben moved from Montreal to Toronto and performed at the SummerWorks festival receiving the emerging artist award. Shortly after Ben moved to New York City to play Christopher Boone in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time on Broadway, which led him to perform in the show's U.S. National Tour in 31 cities across the U.S.

In 2018, Ben moved back to New York to be in the original Broadway company of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, playing James Potter and Cedric Diggory. After a year performing in the show, he transitioned to an associate movement director for the productions in North America, alongside choreographer Steven Hoggett. During Broadway’s shut down he traveled to Tokyo to assist casting Cursed Child, and when Broadway finally re opened in 2022, Ben was apart of the show’s two-part to one-part conversion, and staged this new version with the company in NY, San Fransisco, and finally on home soil in Toronto.

Most recent credits include: Good Vibrations at the Irish Arts Center - a co-production with Belfast’s Lyric theatre. McNeal at Lincoln Center’s Vivian Beaumont as the stunt double for Robert Downey Jr.

During the pandemic, Ben started his photography business, PortraitsB’NK, which he currently runs with his wife, Karma Jenkins, in Harlem.
